Our Kansas City Team

Zoe is an American Eskimo mix who loves to cuddle, sleep, and run! Zoe was found at a local animal shelter as a 10-month-old puppy and was very shy. After enough love, she has finally opened up and become an important piece of the Mighty Dog team.

I grew up in Cole Camp, Missouri, where I graduated before earning my Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Project Management. I began my career in the construction administration industry in 2017 as a project assistant in specialty construction, quickly developing a strong foundation in project coordination and process management.

I moved to the Kansas City area in 2016 and now reside in Lenexa with my family. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my kids and our office cat, Piper. During the summer months, you’ll usually find me outdoors—either at the lake or swimming with my kids whenever possible.

Professionally, I specialize in insurance and claims support. I got my start in the insurance industry as a young adult, working with life, medical, and Medicare plans, which gave me a deep understanding of insurance products and policy language. Today, I use that knowledge to help homeowners better understand their home insurance claim scopes and confidently navigate the process when choosing Mighty Dog Roofing to improve and protect their homes.

  Carter moved to Kansas City three years ago and holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management, and is currently pursuing his MBA. As a Business Development Executive at Mighty Dog Roofing, he is passionate about building long-term partnerships and helping multifamily ownership groups protect their investment value through proactive planning, clear communication, and dependable execution

I am originally from Southern California and now live in Kansas City, Missouri. I have worked in the roofing industry for over 20 years. I am a Production Manager for Mighty Dog Roofing. I love what I do. Helping customers beautify their homes, starting with a new roof. It is a great career to be a part of. 

Wyatt, a native of Kansas City, has lived in Shawnee his entire life. He attended Shawnee Mission Northwest High School and graduated from the University of Kansas. He has always had a passion for real estate and understands the importance of protecting a family's safety and large investment - their home.
